I'm a full-time visual artist and indie game dev! My focus lies in creating psychological horror and various broader themes within the horror genre. I also enjoy incorporating bits of tasteful gore in my creations. As a game dev, I aim to create psychologically immersive experiences that will leave a lasting impression. ^ ^

For this specific type of commission, payment through Ko-fi is recommended instead of the usual PayPal invoicing. Additionally, I offer a 'skeb style' commission where I have creative freedom (surprise me). Turnaround times for this commission type are typically shorter compared to others.*

5. DEADLINE / RUSH FEES

Turnaround time for illustrations' completion ranges from 1 to 3 months, depending on the commissioned illustration's complexity and my own schedule.If you'd like to inquire about a rush order or a specific deadline, please note it will be subjected to a 50% additonal fee guaranteeing total priority for your commission.

6. REFERENCES

Reference provided MUST be VISUAL. If you fail to provide these, I will charge you extra fee as there will be design work included and would likely fall under the character design commission type.

I work based on visual reference for the sake of time efficiency and accuracy, additionally, because I'm afraid I won't be able to deliver the desired result without a visual reference.

1. ILLUSTRATIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY, UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE.My work is for private use only.
I may showcase and share it on my social platforms and in my portfolio unless otherwise specified. Commercial use MUST be arranged beforehand. Clients are prohibited from altering, copying, or removing watermarks, and claiming ownership of the artwork, even in the case of paid commissions. Any display of my artwork must include explicit credit to ©himeiro.

2. PROCESS AND PAYMENT.100% payment must be sent beforehand via Paypal invoice in USD currency only.Any edits can only be made during the sketching phase; once sketch is approved I start to completion; lineart ➝ render ➝ finishing. If you desire to check inbetweens please let me know beforehand. All edits made after completion will be subject to additional fees.

3. POLICY REGARDING REFUNDS.I do not allow chargebacks, refunds or paypal disputes; for any issue you'd like to discuss about a refund, you can contact me anytime and I'd be glad to clarify any concern you may have. Doing so without taking the time to discuss it thoroughly with me will result you in a permanent blacklist.Refunds will only be allowed under certain special conditions.

4. COMMERCIAL USE OF MY ARTWORK MUST BE AGREED BEFOREHAND.I charge an one-time fee of +100% of the total price (double the total) for any usage including but not limited to: streaming assets, album or book covers, promotional artwork, game illustrations. For merchandise design, it's one-time fee of +200% of the total price.

5. NO USAGE FOR NFT/CRYPTOCURRENCIES.I'm not interested in partaking in cryptocurrencies and NFTs. [No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token) my art, wether commissioned, pre-existing or future, can not and will never be allowed to be minted into an NFT under any circumstances.

6. NO USAGE FOR ANY FORM OF A.I LEARNING.There is a strict prohibition on using my art for AI learning purposes. I do not authorize the use of my creations in any form that involves AI learning or any technology aimed at creating AI-generated content. Violations of these rules will result in immediate and permanent blacklisting from any current or future artistic engagements or collaborations.
